Osman & Smay LLC, an employment law firm, has an immediate opening for an experienced associate attorney with 1-5 years of litigation experience. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to handle a substantial caseload while expanding the firm’s local presence.
The ideal candidate will be admitted to or eligible for reciprocal admission to the Kansas and Missouri bar associations and federal courts. This role focuses on litigation involving discrimination, retaliation, FMLA, unpaid wages, and breach of contract claims. Courtroom and deposition experience is essential.
Compensation:
The base salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The position also offers significant performance-based bonuses.
