Description

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is a national creditor rights law firm founded in 1991, headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts, with offices across the U.S. We serve prestigious lending institutions by protecting their legal interests through ethics, compliance, and assertive representation, primarily in debt collection, recovery, and litigation efforts.

We are currently seeking a fully remote Associate Attorney in Boise, Idaho. The ideal candidate will have a strong eagerness to learn, excellent organizational and communication skills, and at least one year of litigation or trial experience. We value diverse skills and backgrounds, fostering a culture of lifelong learning, training, and internal promotion. The position offers a salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 annually.

Responsibilities include:

1. Effective communication with team members and external parties.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc.
3. Reviewing litigation case files and pleadings for appropriate action.
4. Advocating on behalf of clients in litigation settings.
5. Using proprietary software to update and document account statuses.
6. Analyzing litigation reports and files to ensure proper workflow.
7. Adhering to all client and firm procedures.
8. Travel to courtrooms within the branch as required.
9. Performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements:

1. Law license in Idaho.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Self-motivated and eager to learn.
6. Ability to manage a large caseload.
7. At least one year of litigation/trial experience.
8. Knowledge of civil procedure and debt collection experience.
9. Experience in high-volume environments.

Physical qualifications include the ability to lift weights, sit for extended periods, and travel occasionally. The role is full-time with benefits including health insurance, disability, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, and a 401K plan.
