Qualifications

• New Jersey Bar license is required.
• New York Bar license is required.
• Active bar membership in NJ and NY or ability to obtain both is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the firm in court appearances and trial preparations.
• Attend board meetings for community associations as needed.
• Draft and prepare contracts, motions, briefs, judgments, letters and memoranda.
