The ideal candidate is a licensed attorney in New Jersey with at least five years of experience and strong client-facing communication, case management, and teamwork across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Active NJ State Bar membership is required.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors' rights.
• Proficiency with case management and reporting software.
• Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Foreclosure, and related areas.

Responsibilities
