Qualifications

• JD and NY Bar are required for this associate attorney position.
• Experience drafting pleadings and conducting legal research is preferred.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet deadlines in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive review of conditions precedent to filing actions.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions.
• Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel.
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism; ensure compliance with foreclosure/bankruptcy/collections rules.
