We Are Legal Revolution in Houston, Texas seeks an Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience in a contingency practice. The role involves substantial litigation, depositions, and direct ownership of case strategy from intake through resolution.

The attorney will handle a docket of contingency matters, participate in regular depositions, and contribute to strategy, writing, and advocacy in a fast-paced trial practice.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 3 to 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience in a contingency practice.
• Demonstrated litigation skills including deposition work, motion practice, and strong legal writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-suit and litigated personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value, and drive litigation strategy and next steps.
• Draft pleadings, written discovery, and dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions, including party and fact witness depositions.
• Prepare for and appear at hearings, mediations, and trial as needed.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel throughout the life of the case.

Associate Attorney | Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Litigation | Houston Area, Texas | On-Site | Six-Figure Base Salary + Bonus

A confidential plaintiff-side personal injury trial practice in Texas is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience to handle a litigation-heavy docket of contingency matters.

This opportunity is well suited to an attorney who wants substantial responsibility, frequent deposition and motion practice, and direct ownership of case strategy from early litigation through resolution.

The Role:

• Manage pre-suit and litigated personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial

Location, Schedule and Compensation:

• Location: Houston area, Texas
• Schedule: Full-time, on-site
• Compensation: Six-figure base salary, commensurate with experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• Six-figure base salary, commensurate with experience
• Performance bonus paid twice per year, calculated as 10% of collected fees on cases the attorney handles

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

3 to 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience in a contingency practice

Demonstrated litigation skills appropriate to level, including deposition work, motion practice, and strong legal writing

Ability to manage an active docket independently and maintain high standards in a fast-paced litigation environment

Experience handling commercial vehicle, catastrophic injury, or other high-damages matters

Training that reflects disciplined case management and clear, persuasive writing
