  • Drive cases from early investigation through verdict in medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation.
  • Take the lead on expert discovery, including depositions of treating physicians and retained experts.
  • Shape case themes, strategy, and positioning in collaboration with a seasoned trial team.
  • Draft, argue, and respond to key motions and pleadings.
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial.
  • Maintain direct, trusted relationships with clients.

Our client is a highly regarded north Dallas based plaintiff litigation firm with a national footprint, focused on representing individuals and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters—particularly those involving medical negligence. Their attorneys are known for stepping into complex cases, building strong narratives, and delivering results where it matters most: in the courtroom.

They are looking to add a Senior Trial Attorney to their North Dallas team—someone who is comfortable owning cases, leading strategy, and advocating at the highest level.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Drive cases from early investigation through verdict in medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation
  • Take the lead on expert discovery, including depositions of treating physicians and retained experts
  • Shape case themes, strategy, and positioning in collaboration with a seasoned trial team
