About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 2-6 years of experience in personal injury defense litigation to join our legal team in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation, legal research, negotiation, and case management skills.

Mandatory Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• 2-6 years of hands-on personal injury defense litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation, discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury defense cases from inception through resolution.
