Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. This full-time role offers a remote work option while remaining integrated with our Pennsylvania practice.

You will handle pre-lawsuit investigations, case analysis, discovery, depositions, motions, and court appearances, with supervision and mentorship to advance your litigation skills. Active admission to PA and/or NJ Bar required; J.D.

Qualifications

• Admitted to the PA and/or NJ Bar in good standing.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 1 year civil defense litigation experience including general liability, premise liability and construction defects.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in all aspects of litigation: pre-lawsuit investigations, case analysis, discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation.

We’re growing and seeking an Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. The position offers a remote work option and is aligned with and integrated into our Pennsylvania team’s practice structure and leadership.
