Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking talented Associate Attorneys to join their team in New York, NY, Hackensack, NJ, Woodbury, NY, and Irvington, NY with hybrid options available. You will manage a diverse litigation caseload from intake through discovery, motions, and trial preparation, handling personal injury, premises, auto liability, and construction-related claims.

Admission to NY and/or NJ bar required; J.D.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in New York and/or New Jersey.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Prior litigation experience is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys in defending clients in general liability and labor law litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, affidavits, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Appear in court, attend depositions, and participate in mediations and hearings.
• Communicate regularly with clients, experts, and internal staff to manage case strategy and deadlines.
• Coordinate with support staff to maintain organized and up-to-date case files.
