The firm is looking for individuals to join their General Liability and New York Labor Law teams, managing litigation caseloads involving personal injury, premises, auto liability, and construction-related claims. Candidates will handle all phases of defense work from intake and discovery through motion practice and trial preparation.

Duties

• Assist senior attorneys in defending insured clients in general liability and labor law litigation.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, affidavits, pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement correspondence.
• Appear in court, attend depositions, and participate in mediations and hearings.
• Communicate regularly with clients, experts, and internal staff to manage case strategy and deadlines.
• Coordinate with support staff to maintain organized and up-to-date case files.
