Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Washington required.
• At least one year of experience in litigation; plaintiff’s or criminal defense preferred.
• Detail oriented, organized, team player, able to multitask under deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery, taking, and defending depositions, and analyzing complex documents.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and complex motions.
• Perform legal research.
• Make court appearances as necessary.
• Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases.
