Job summary

Jobot seeks an Associate Attorney to join our Northwest Office in Spokane, WA. The role focuses on whistleblower, personal injury, mass torts, and employment law, with a strong trial-ready curriculum and client-centered service.

The candidate will manage discovery, draft pleadings, perform legal research, and collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategy while maintaining high quality client communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Washington.
• At least one year of litigation experience; plaintiff’s or prosecutorial/criminal defense experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage discovery, including propounding and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and analyzing complex documents.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and complex motions.
• Perform legal research.
• Make court appearances as necessary.
• Participate in case strategy discussions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on cases.
