Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Litigation Associate to join our Tampa litigation team. The ideal candidate will defend complex liability matters and take ownership of cases in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Admission to Florida bar, 3–8 years of liability litigation, and strong written and oral advocacy are required. You will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, conduct research, and support depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation in a broad civil defense practice.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Litigation Associate to join our Tampa litigation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience defending complex liability matters and be ready to take ownership of cases in a collaborative, high performance environment. You will work alongside seasoned trial lawyers handling a broad spectrum of civil defense matters including general liability, professional liability, transportation, and retail litigation.
