We are seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join a premier New Jersey real estate and land use practice. This unique role offers a 50/50 practice split, working directly alongside two of the firm's Practice Leaders: Redevelopment, Land Use & Zoning and Real Estate. Due to recent client expansion and an internal relocation, this is an opportunity to step into an active desk with a defined partnership track and immediate, dedicated mentorship.
Based in Roseland, New Jersey, our Real Estate & Land Use Practice Group provides legal representation for commercial property owners, real estate developers, investors, and lenders across the region. We bridge the gap between regulatory approvals and complex transactional deal-making, guiding projects seamlessly from initial land acquisition and zoning through financing, construction, and final leasing.
