Job summary

Jobot is recruiting for a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney to join a well‑established nationwide firm. Represent clients in labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and wrongful termination, in complex litigation from inception to resolution.

The candidate has a JD from an accredited law school, is admitted to the Bar in good standing, and brings 4+ years of relevant experience. Hybrid schedule with strong benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar and in good standing.
• 4+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour, class action, single plaintiff, PAGA, and/or FEHA.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in various labor and employment matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination.
• Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters, from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, arguing motions, and participating in trials and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction.
• Participate in business development activities, including networking, client meetings, and presentations.
