We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a mid level IP Litigation Associate Attorney to join its New York, NY office. You will handle contested intellectual property matters, including complex patent and trade secret litigation for sophisticated clients, with meaningful responsibility from day one.

You will lead and support case strategy, manage discovery, and contribute to trial preparation on high stakes disputes, while drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests for federal and state

Formación

• Undergraduate degree in a hard science or life sciences discipline.
• Strong academic credentials from law school and undergraduate studies.
• Admission to the New York state bar and ability to work in office in New York.
• 0 to 6 years of experience, ideally with increasing responsibility on complex litigation matters.
• Experience with patent and/or trade secret litigation in federal courts.

The Role

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a mid level IP Litigation Associate Attorney with:

• 0 to 6 years of experience, ideally with increasing responsibility on complex litigation matters
• Experience with patent and or trade secret litigation in federal courts
• Undergraduate degree in a hard science or life sciences discipline
• Strong academic credentials from law school and undergraduate studies
• Admission to the New York state bar and ability to work in office in New York
• $225,000 to $365,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Eligibility for performance based bonus in line with Am Law platformsComprehensive benefits including parental, adoption, fertility, and wellness support
