Formación

• 2 to 7 years of experience focused on life sciences patent litigation.
• Admission to the New York bar in good standing.
• Strong academic performance and outstanding writing/communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle life sciences patent litigation matters from early case assessment through trial and appeal.
• Draft high quality briefs and substantive motions in complex pharmaceutical and biotechnology disputes.
• Lead and manage all phases of fact and expert discovery in contested cases.
• Partner with technical experts and clients to develop litigation strategy and evidentiary themes.
• Work closely with partners and senior lawyers, gaining substantive ownership of key workstreams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a 2 to 7 year Intellectual Property Patent Litigation Life Sciences Associate with:

• 2 to 7 years of experience focused on life sciences patent litigation
• Proven experience drafting briefs and managing fact and expert discovery
• Admission to the New York bar in good standing
• Strong academic performance plus outstanding writing and communication skills
• A technical degree in biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or related field preferred
• $235,000 to $435,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Performance based bonus opportunity in line with leading international firms
