Insurance Defense Law Firm in California is seeking experienced Associate Attorneys to join its growing team. The role focuses on handling insurance defense litigation from inception through resolution and preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.

Ideal candidates hold a JD, a California Bar license, and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong research, writing, and case-management skills. Proximity to San Francisco or Walnut Creek is preferred.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of insurance defense or relevant litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet annual billable-hour requirements.
• Trial experience is highly preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $220,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
