Tressler LLP in Irvine, CA seeks an Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney with 5 years of experience to join our hybrid office. The role focuses on complex insurance coverage litigation, strategic advice, and managing cases from intake through settlement or trial.

You will develop litigation strategies, handle depositions and dispositive motions, draft settlements, and contribute to firm growth through client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active California bar license (Required).
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 5 years of Insurance Coverage experience (Required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional writing, organizational, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing complex insurance coverage litigation and managing multiple cases from intake through settlement or trial.

We are seeking an Insurance Coverage attorney to join our Irvine, California office as an Associate. Our dynamic Employment/Litigation Group is known for its comprehensive approach to handling matters related to complex insurance claims analysis and representing clients in high-stakes litigation cases. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional legal services. The candidate does not need to have a book of business. This position is hybrid in our Irvine, California office.
