Tressler LLP in Irvine, CA is seeking an Insurance Coverage Associate with 5 years of experience to join our Irvine office as an Associate.

The ideal candidate will oversee complex insurance coverage litigation, develop litigation strategies and budgets, conduct depositions, and negotiate settlements while providing strategic advice to clients in business, professional liability, and employment disputes. This is a hybrid role in our Irvine office.

Formación

• Active California bar license required.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 5 years in insurance coverage.
• Experience handling complex insurance coverage litigation.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing complex insurance coverage litigation and managing multiple cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Developing and implementing litigation strategies and budgets.
• Conducting and defending depositions and arguing dispositive motions.
