Tressler LLP seeks an experienced associate attorney with 5 years of insurance coverage experience and an active California bar license to join our Insurance Services Practice Group. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from any state in the U.S.

or in a hybrid setting, with the opportunity to handle high-stakes coverage matters for national clients. The team focuses on complex coverage disputes across the country, supporting insurance company clients in litigation and strategy

Responsabilités

• Oversee complex insurance coverage litigation and manage multiple cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies and budgets.
• Conduct and defend depositions and argue dispositive motions.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients in business, professional liability, and employment disputes.
• Negotiate and draft settlement agreements.
• Assist with marketing and business development to grow the firm

Tressler LLP is seeking an experienced attorney with 5 years of insurance coverage experience and an active California bar license to join our insurance coverage practice. This is a unique opportunity for attorneys who have an active California bar license and insurance coverage experience to work from any state in the U.S. either fully remote or hybrid.

Our dynamic Insurance Services Practice Group is known for its comprehensive approach to complex insurance claims analysis and for representing insurance company clients in high-stakes coverage litigation cases across the country, including matters involving defective products, mass torts, environmental contamination, habitability, transportation, personal injury, professional liability, and intellectual property.

• Overseeing complex insurance coverage litigation and managing multiple cases

from intake through settlement or trial.

• Developing and implementing litigation strategies and budgets.
• Conducting and defending depositions and arguing dispositive motions.
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients in business, professional liability, and employment disputes.
• Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements.
• Assisting with marketing and business development efforts to drive firm growth and strengthen client relationships.
