Job summary

Tressler LLP is seeking an experienced associate attorney with a California bar license and at least five years of insurance coverage experience to join our nationally recognized practice. This role offers remote work within the United States or a hybrid arrangement in our Orange County office.

The ideal candidate will manage complex insurance coverage litigation from intake to resolution, develop litigation strategies and budgets, conduct depositions, and advise clients on business,

Role Description

Tressler LLP is seeking an experienced attorney with 5 years of insurance coverage experience and an active California bar license to join our insurance coverage practice. This is a unique opportunity for attorneys who have an active California bar license and insurance coverage experience to work from any state in the U.S. either fully remote or hybrid.

Essential Job Duties Include

• Overseeing complex insurance coverage litigation and managing multiple cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Developing and implementing litigation strategies and budgets.
• Conducting and defending depositions and arguing dispositive motions.
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients in business, professional liability, and employment disputes.
• Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements.
• Assisting with marketing and business development efforts to drive firm growth and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications
