Tressler LLP in Irvine, California seeks an Employment/Litigation Associate Attorney with 5 years of experience for our hybrid office. This role is part of a dynamic Employment/Litigation Group known for handling complex insurance claims analysis and representing clients in high-stakes litigation.

The candidate will oversee matters from intake through settlement or trial, develop litigation strategies, defend depositions, draft settlement agreements, and contribute to business development

Qualifications

• Active California bar license required.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• 5 years of litigation experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional writing, organizational, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing complex employment/litigation matters and managing multiple cases from intake through settlement or trial.

We are seeking an Employment/Litigation attorney to join our Irvine, California office as an Associate. Our dynamic Employment/Litigation Group is known for its comprehensive approach to handling matters related to complex insurance claims analysis and representing clients in high-stakes litigation cases. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional legal services. The candidate does not need to have a book of business. This position is hybrid in our Irvine, California office.

Salary Commensurate with experience - $170,000 to $180,000
