Aldridge Pite, LLP is a multi-state law firm leveraging technology to streamline workflows for financial institutions and clients. We seek an Associate Attorney to handle collection, eviction, and litigation matters with strong written, analytical, and advocacy skills.

The role requires a Nevada bar license, the ability to manage a heavy caseload, and proficiency with standard office software. Competitive benefits and a supportive team environment await qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Nevada; multi-jurisdictional allowed but not required.
• FDCPA and UCC familiarity is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and research skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle breach of contract, eviction and collection litigation from demand through judgment.
• Attend hearings (telephonic and in person).
• Prepare and argue Motions for Summary Judgment.
• Manage large caseload to meet client goals.
• Handle escalated and time-sensitive matters as needed.
• Perform other duties and projects as required.
