• Juris Doctor and Ohio Bar are required.
• Quality Assurance principles are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive review of conditions precedent to filing, including loan documents and demand letters.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions.
• Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel.
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements as applicable.
