Job summary

O'Hagan Meyer is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience to join our General Liability practice. The ideal candidate will represent clients in complex civil litigation matters, including premises liability, products liability, personal injury, mass torts, and/or nursing home cases.

This position offers a collaborative team environment handling a diverse docket of cases in state and federal courts, with a flexible hybrid schedule and supportive mentorship

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of civil litigation experience, including premises liability, products liability, and personal injury.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience with trial preparation, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex civil litigation matters across state and federal courts.
• Handle a diverse docket including premises liability, products liability, personal injury, mass torts, and nursing home cases.
• Engage in discovery, depositions, and motion practice; coordinate with a team for trial preparation.
• Maintain client relationships and contribute to a collaborative practice group.

Job description

O'Hagan Meyer is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation to join our General Liability practice group. The ideal candidate will represent clients in complex civil litigation matters, including premises liability, products liability, personal injury, mass torts, and/or nursing home cases.

Requirements

• 2 -5 years of civil litigation experience including premises liability, products liability, and personal injury.

• Admission to the CA state bar and in good standing.

Salary Range: $135,000 to $170,000
