Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Foreclosure Attorney in Frederick, MD with at least three years of experience in foreclosures, evictions, or title proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a J.D.

from an accredited law school, active State Bar membership, and a proven ability to handle high-volume matters with accuracy and integrity. You will manage case files, coordinate with clients and vendors, review title searches, prepare pleadings and documents, and appear at hearings or trials as needed.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, real estate, or related matters.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, RESPA, TILA and related laws a plus.
• Willingness to learn foreclosure and real estate law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage high-volume statewide foreclosure matters.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and legal personnel.
• Review and prepare pleadings, filings, and correspondence.
• Attend hearings, conferences, mediations, or trials.
• Conduct public auctions as needed.
• Review title searches for issues and proper party identification.
• Utilize case management systems for reporting.
