Qualifications

• Licensed Pennsylvania attorney with strong writing and research skills.
• Experience in creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, or foreclosure is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume work with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in client and court settings.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related matters.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and court documents.
• Attend court hearings in-person or virtually.
• Coordinate with support staff under supervising attorney guidance.
• Provide client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
