• Experience in complex commercial litigation; bankruptcy-related matters a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of complex commercial litigation, receivership and bankruptcy-related matters.
• Work closely with attorneys across the Litigation and Financial Restructuring & Bankruptcy departments.
• Manage case strategy, client service, and litigation responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Take and defend depositions, draft motions and pleadings, and supervise discovery.
