Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney in San Francisco with a focus on executive compensation and employee benefits to support private equity and public company transactions.

You will advise on compliance with ERISA, tax laws, and other regulations, draft and review employment agreements, and collaborate with tax and corporate teams to deliver comprehensive client representation. A JD and 2–6 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic standing.
• Admission to practice law in the state of employment or eligibility for prompt admission.
• 2-6 years of experience in M&A transactional executive compensation and benefits matters, preferably in a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Attention to detail and sharp analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Practical experience with legal AI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities
