Applicants should have 2+ years of AmLaw 100 firm experience (preferably in employee benefits or executive compensation), a JD from an accredited law school,

• Strong research, writing and drafting abilities are required.
• Excellent communication and professional judgment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft memos and contracts with clear, well-reasoned arguments.
• Assist in managing complex cases and transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing professional support and advice.
• Collaborate with other lawyers to develop innovative transaction strategies.
• Participate in client meetings and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and stay updated on precedents.
• Engage in professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to firm programs and pro bono work.
