Orion Placement is seeking a licensed Wisconsin attorney specializing in estate planning and elder law for a fully in-office role in Wisconsin. You will advise clients on tailored planning strategies, draft and review documents, meet with clients directly, and collaborate with a team to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin Bar admission in good standing.
• 1+ year of estate planning and/or elder law experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Genuine interest in helping clients navigate complex planning decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their personal, family, and financial circumstances.
• Prepare and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Meet directly with clients, explain complex legal concepts clearly, and provide trusted guidance throughout the planning process.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support professionals to deliver comprehensive, high-quality client service.
• Stay current on Wisconsin estate planning and elder law developments and apply that knowledge to client matters.
