We are seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Associate Attorney to join our team and contribute to delivering personalized, high-quality legal services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in trust and estates and a thorough understanding of the estate planning practice area; the role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Meet with and advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Draft and review estate planning documents tailored to individual needs and goals.
• Guide fiduciaries through the probate and estate administration process, ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
• Assist with trust administration, including interpretation of trust documents.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication.
• Conduct legal research on trust, estate, and tax issues to support client matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
