Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of litigation experience, strong writing and research skills, and Florida admission. The role requires managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment, drafting pleadings, and assisting with depositions and hearings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of litigation experience.
• Exposure or experience with employment litigation is preferred.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in the State of Florida.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Assist with depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategy and deliver effective, timely legal services.
