Job summary

The Orlando office of Kaufman Dolowich LLP is actively seeking an attorney to join our Labor and Employment practice group. This role focuses on employment litigation, client communication, depositions, and advocacy in both state and federal courts.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in employment litigation, Florida admission, and a JD with excellent credentials, with a track record of managing matters through all phases of litigation in a collaborative, growth‑oriented firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling matters in employment litigation, professional liability, and/or homeowners associations (HOA).
• Admitted to practice in Florida required.
• JD degree with excellent academic credentials.
• Experience handling litigation in federal and state courts.

Responsibilities

• Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Participating in investigations, NLRB appearances, motion practice, and trials.
