Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Atlanta, GA is seeking an associate to handle employment and commercial litigation matters. You will appear in court, take and defend depositions, and draft briefs and pleadings while working closely with partners on case management and client advice.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of civil litigation experience, strong research and advocacy skills, and a history in private practice.

Location/Schedule: Atlanta, GA – Four days per week in the office, with hybrid flexibility

Practice: Employment, Commercial and General Civil Litigation

The Role:

Core Requirements:

• Active Georgia Bar admission.
• Approximately 2–5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Previous private-practice law firm experience.
• Experience with hearings, depositions, discovery and substantive drafting.
• Strong research, writing and advocacy skills.
• Stable employment history and interest in long-term development.
• Employment or commercial litigation experience is preferred.
