We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our Dothan office and contribute to a high-performing team with a strong focus on trucking and premises litigation. Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of trucking litigation cases from start to finish, including investigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Maintain accurate and timeline billing in line with firm and client expectations.
• Communicate proactively with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel to ensure high-quality service and results.
• Collaborate with a focused, efficient team that values productivity and autonomy.
