Represent clients through all case stages, communicate strategy, prepare pleadings, appear at hearings, and collaborate with paralegals and other attorneys.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license in Alabama, Georgia, or Tennessee in good standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional and client-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients throughout all stages of their cases.
• Meet and communicate with clients regarding case strategy and status.
• Review and analyze client files and case materials.
• Prepare legal pleadings, briefs, and other documents.
• Represent clients at hearings and proceedings.
• Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the firm's systems.
• Manage an assigned caseload with professionalism.
• Stay current on applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist with the firm's growth and expansion.
