Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Social Security Disability Attorney to join its practice in Atlanta, Georgia. The attorney will manage a substantial caseload and must have experience with Social Security Disability hearings. This role provides flexibility to work from any of the firm's offices across the United States.

The successful candidate will guide clients through the case process, prepare for hearings, and manage team responsibilities. Must possess excellent communication and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with a State Bar Association.
• Experience with Social Security Disability hearings.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the case process.
• Prepare for and attend hearings and court appearances.
• Manage day-to-day handling of active caseload.
