Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking an Associate Attorney to learn our creditors’ rights and real estate practice areas, while demonstrating strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

The role emphasizes independent work, meeting deadlines, and growth through performance; Ohio bar is required, with Kentucky/Indiana licensure preferred, and remote options in the Cleveland area available.

Formación

• Juris Doctor degree is required.

Responsabilidades

• Comprehensive review of all conditions precedent to filing, including loan documents, financials, and demand letters.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions.
• Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel.
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements as applicable.
