Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive review of conditions precedent to filing, including loan documents, financials, and demand letters
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence to initiate actions
• Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements as applicable
