Qualifications

• Active Minnesota State Bar membership is required.
• Foreclosure experience as Plaintiff's counsel preferred.
• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 1–5 years in real estate, foreclosure, or creditors' rights law preferred, junior candidates considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse Minnesota foreclosure caseload from assignment to conclusion.
• Perform thorough reviews of loan instruments and documentation for compliance.
• Represent clients in court conferences, mediations, and motions.
• Provide legal analysis and strategy updates to clients.
