Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC, a national law firm, seeks an Associate Attorney in its Arizona Foreclosure Department to handle creditors’ rights and foreclosure matters. You will work under senior counsel with 20+ years of experience in a collegial, growth-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of relevant law experience, active Arizona bar membership, and a JD from an ABA-accredited school.

Qualifications

• Active membership in the Arizona State Bar in good standing is required.
• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 1–5 years of practice in real estate, foreclosure, or creditors’ rights is preferred; high-potential entry-level candidates considered.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management for foreclosure matters from assignment through conclusion.
• Perform legal reviews of loan documents and compliance with regulations.
• Represent clients in court conferences, mediations, and motions.
• Provide legal analysis and strategy recommendations to clients.
• Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and accounting documents.
• Maintain accurate documentation in case management systems.
