Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents to protect clients' interests.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys to coordinate complex litigation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and industry trends affecting creditor rights.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage caseload efficiently and meet deadlines with high-quality work.
