Responsibilities

• Research and analyze legal issues; draft and review contracts and pleadings.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients under supervision of senior attorneys.
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and settlements; support litigation or closings as needed.
• Manage deadlines, case files, and communications with courts, clients, and opposing counsel.
