Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong credentials.
• Admission to practice in Connecticut; New York and/or New Jersey a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate and corporate transactions.
• Experience with leasing, acquisitions, and financing transactions.
• Franchise-related transactions a plus.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.
