Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a litigation associate for its Boston, MA office with 2–7 years of experience. The candidate must be admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and will manage a diverse caseload including construction losses, liquor liability, premises liability, trucking accidents, and product liability matters.

The role offers opportunities to gain courtroom and deposition experience, participate in trials, take depositions, and receive ongoing skills training and real-time coaching

• Admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.
• Possess strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Gain valuable courtroom and deposition experience.
• Handle a varied caseload including construction losses, liquor liability, premises liability, trucking accidents, and product liability.
• Participate in trials and prepare for them.
• Take depositions and work with experts.
• Attend site inspections.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Receive ongoing skills training and shadowing opportunities.
• Engage in real-time coaching on client communication, discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
