Qualifications

• Experience in Rhode Island state and federal courts.
• Strong advocacy skills and proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload from start to finish, including drafting pleadings and motions.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Develop litigation strategies and work closely with clients.
