Qualifications

• 2–5 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Active membership in the South Carolina Bar required.
• Hybrid in-office/remote work schedule available.

Responsibilities

• Represent developers, contractors, and design professionals in construction disputes.
• Participate in depositions, motions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Manage caseload as lead attorney with mentoring from senior lawyers.
